Directions to park: In Lacrosse, 2 miles east at city park. Bluff overlooks Mississippi river. LaCrosse, drive up to the obvious big crag above town that has the flag on it.On the way up the bluff, take a right at the Alpine Inn. At the first small pull of on the left, there is a trail to the Witches Couldron. About half mile from the overlook there is a parking lot with a bathroom. park there and follow trail to Gorges Point.
