Creek, Wash
|
|
Directions to park: Just west of Snoqualmie Pass on north side of I-90. Take Denny Creek Exit. Go north on Denny Creek Trail. The rock-lined ridge above Denny Creek includes Chair Peak and The Tooth. On the 400' east face of Chair Peak sits its best rock climbing and good ice climbing. The Tooth's 500' E Face is its longest. Mostly sound rock. Nearby Guye Peak also offers technical rock through intermittent bands via the Improbable Traverse and Kennedy-Crooks Route (II 5.7). Room for more difficult routes on sound rock. |
