Directions to park: From Grand Coulee travel south to Electric City (all mileage is clocked from the south end of Electric City). Go through Electric City and in 1.2 miles south on S.R. 155 is the Golf Course where the picture of Spencer Davey was taken fondling the boulder. 3.4 miles south of Electric city is a campground that has several good boulder problems. 4.1 miles south of Electric City is the Roadside Rock Parking on the west side of 155. 4.9 miles south of Electric City is a small bridge with a good boulder on the north east side. 5.2 miles south of Electric City or right after mile marker 19 is a left hand turn into a primitive road. Take this to get to Gibralter Rock. Follow this road for less than half a mile to the meadow between the east and west faces. There's rock all over so check it out if you're the adventurous type.
