Directions to park: From I-15, get off at I-215 and head east. Follow the signs to go to brighton and solitude(or big cottonwood canyon). Take the exit for Big Cottonwood and at the bottom of the off-ramp, take a right. From here, it's simple. All you have to do is go strait at every light. The road will curve and you'll go past Big Cottonwood Canyon. Eventually, the road will become the road that goes up Little Cottonwood. 1.25 miles from the neon sign at the bottom of the canyon. Park on the right side and cross the street up to the canyon. When you see the talus field to your left continue on straight and you will reach a full area of boulders. At the bottom of Little Cottonwood is a weather sign that has current conditions up the canyon posted on it. |
