Directions to park: From
Maryland go north on route 74 just north of the Maryland/Penn line go
right onto Norman Wood Bridge. Go over the Susquehanna River and to a
right turn onto River Rd. The resevoir will be on your left. Next take
a right at signs for the muddy run power plant. Follow this winding road
down and through a tunnel. Park at the picnic area and hike up to train
tracks. Cliff is about 50 yards down tracks on the left.
