Directions to park:
From West: Take 74 east to brown signs for Crowder's Mountain and turn right. Follow this road until a sign for Crowder's Mountain Golf Course. Take a left at the sign onto Linwood Rd. (which has no street sign) Travel about 1.6 miles to a right into the Linwood Road Access Parking Lot. Follow trail uphill to climbing
From East: Take I-85 to Edgewood Road Exit. Go south to intersection with Route 29/74. Continue straight onto Whiteside Road or SR 1122. Follow Whiteside to three way intersection and go left. Look for Linwood Road access for climbing.

You need to register to climb at the parking lot at the Linwood access. The only access to climbs at Crowders is to use the Backside trail to the ridge line and go to the climbing areas from there. Ask any of the helpful park rangers for climbing info!

Access: Park - Open Hazards: Use established trails, there are erosion problems that the park is trying to contain. There is a good relationship between climbers and the park rangers so do your best to help preserve that!
