Directions to park: From Questa, drive about 3 miles north of junction of highways 522 and 38. Questa Dome is visible to the east on north side of mountain valley. Turn right at El Rito sign for a mile past houses. Road turns into a 4WD road and stops at mouth of canyon at USFS Rio Medio trail head sign. Hike 45 minutes on trail to base of dome. |
