Directions to park: At
route 3 and route 46 juction take valley road exit south. appr 1 mile
at light make right onto Normal ave passing montclair state univ. through
one light, at top of hill on left is parking. lots of dog walkers. hike
ten min. following east ridge, (NY on left)there is closer parking but
i do not know the name of the streets. this leads to 40'-50' foot top
rope-able face. 5.5 crack, classic 5.9 pulling through a small 3foot roof
and a nice 5.8 to the left of crack and a facy 5.10 to the right of crack
with a bouldery get go. A bouldering area lies across the street from
the parking lot. walk towards resevoir. trail leads off into wood on right.
5 min walk. watch for mountain bikers. problems are v0s with a couple
of high ball v1, one known v2...
