Directions to park: To reach Joe's Rock. Take I-295 to route 114 north. Follow 114 until it intersects route 121. Go right on 121 and pass a sign informing you of entering Wrentham. About one mile after entering Wrentham, a small dirt pullout is visible on the left, with a gate towards the back. (At one point there was a sign displaying Joe's Rock Conservation Area in the pullout, but it is unknown whether the sign is still visible.) Park here and walk past the gate, crossing over a small brook and continuing for about two hundred yards to a trail intersection. Take the path leading left, up a series of stairs, to the top of Joe's Rock. The base of the cliff can be reached by walking around either side. N |
