Directions to park: From Downtown Spokane get on I-90 going east and head to the Idaho State Line which is about 16 miles east. Once past the state line you will want to get off on Exit 5, The Spokane Street/City Center Exit. At the light at the bottom of the exit, take a right and go south on Spokane Street for .7 miles, and then take another right on Parkway Road. Follow the road for about 400 yards to the park entrance fee station which is open seasonally. Just past the fee station on the left is The Q€ emiln Park Trail System sign and a dirt parking area. Park here. If you wish not to pay the park fee then park before the toll booth and walk in.
