Directions to park: From Atlanta take I-75 N to Exit 133 HWY 136 follow 136 to LaFayette once in Lafayette go left then right to HWY 193 make a left on Chamberlain Rd. (by Uncle Jeds) then make a right on rocky lane crockford pidgeon mtn wildlife area.

Camp-sites:

• Plenty of free, primitive wilderness camping on Pigeon Mtn. There are no facilities for water, food, shelter or sanitation. Plan ahead! (Nearest town is Lafayette.)It is illegal to possess or consume alcoholic beverages of any kind in the wilderness area and it is STRICTLY enforced. The mountain has an active hunting season, so please be aware of that!
