Directions to park: Follow Highway 9 North to the Chattahoochee River. There are 3 areas within the Chattahoochee River National Recreation Area.
1. Long Island: Highway 41 South, pass Post Woods and Cattahoochee River. Park at Bridge on the left. Trail will take you to the rock.
2. Pallisades: From I-285 East, take Powers Ferry road exit. Park at the boat ramp behind Ray's on the River Restaurant. Climbing is along the river and the landing.
3. Zipper: From I-75 North exit on Windy Hill road. Bear sharp right onto Interstate North Parkway past Oiwers Ferry road for 1 mile to recreation area entrance(Don't cross river). Hike 200 yards up gravel road until it makes a sharp turn right. From there head left up a faint trail to the climbing
