Directions to park:
- Penitente Canyon: Out of
La Garita, drive half a mile west. Go left at "Y" for about 0.8 miles.
Take a right just after 0.8miles look for a sign that says 'Wagon Tracks'.
- Rock Garden: Out of La Garita,
drive half a mile west. Take a right at "Y" for 2.3 miles. Climbing
on the left accross from ranch.
- Carnero Canyon: From
La Garita, drive half a mile west. Take right at "Y" for 1.9 miles.
Parking on the right. Bureau of land management land.
- Sidewinder Canyon: Out of
La Garita, drive half a mile west. Go left at "Y" for 1.5 miles. Turn
rfight for 0.8 miles (don't know road names...). Then left for 0.6 miles.
Turn west for 0.7 mi. Canyon on Right.
