Directions to park: From the north east of Tucson, take Tanque Verde Road to Mt. Lemmon highway. There is a ton of climbing along Mt. Lemmon Highway see Steiger or Fazio-Rhicard guidebooks for route beta. Great winter climbing area. There are restrictions during spring and early summer on many crags due to perigrine falcon nesting, please be aware and respect them. Otherwise there are lots of crags open year round. Easy access, usually less than 30 mins from your car. Pay only for parking (~$5).
