Directions to park: From Williams go 4 miles south of town following the ski area signs. Turn right up road forest service 111 towards the lookout on Bill Williams Mountian. After numerous switcbacks, find a signs for "Chimney Rock" on left park there. From that sign hitke trail to west side of the mountian. Bill Williams Monument is the obvious pinacle.
